Basketball Recap: Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

Leadership Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 49-18 loss at the hands of the Mount Airy Granite Bears.

Leadership Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Leadership Academy will face off against College Prep & Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Royals' defense has only allowed 14.2 points per game this season, so the Falcons' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Mount Airy, they will host Elkin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
