Basketball Recap: South Summit Wildcats vs. Morgan Trojans
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grantsville, South Summit was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Morgan Trojans out 66-63. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since January 23, 2024.

South Summit's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emma Broadbent, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 20 boards. Broadbent has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more rebounds the last 46 times she's played. Mariah Bowen was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 16 points and nine assists.
