Soccer Recap: Profile Takes a Loss

Profile was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Gorham Huskies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Profile of the 5-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Profile's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Gorham, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Profile will square off against Littleton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Profile will be up against Littleton's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.2 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Gorham, they will face off against Moultonborough Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
