Hauser came tearing into Saturday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 54-15 win over the Crothersville Tigers. The Jets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Abby Manley had an outrageously good game as she posted 13 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Those five steals gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was June Berkenstock, who put up seven points in addition to ten boards and three steals.

Hauser smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds every time they've taken the court this season.

Hauser's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Crothersville, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coming up, Hauser will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Shawe Memorial at 7:30 p.m. As for Crothersville, they will head out on the road to challenge Eastern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers' defense better be ready for this one: the Musketeers have averaged an impressive 55.4 points per game this season.
