Volleyball Game Preview: Forbush Falcons vs. North Surry Greyhounds + How To Watch

The Forbush Falcons are taking a road trip to face off against the North Surry Greyhounds at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Forbush took on Surry Central on Thursday. The Falcons skirted past the Golden Eagles 3-2. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Forbush took Surry Central into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-22, 23-25, 12-25, 15-12.

Forbush relied on the efforts of Karly Berrier, who had 21 digs and seven assists, and Tatum Cranford, who had 13 digs. Berrier has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last eight times she's played.

Meanwhile, North Surry got the win against Mount Airy on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Forbush's record is now 11-7. As for North Surry, their record now sits at 12-5.

Forbush skirted past North Surry 3-2 in their previous meeting on September 11th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
