Conrad Weiser came into Friday's contest looking for another win against Garden Spot, but Gabe Martin wouldn't allow it. The Spartans came out on top against the Scouts by a score of 17-10 on Friday with plenty of help from Martin, who rushed for 131 yards and one touchdown while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 110 yards and one TD. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 56 yards.

Garden Spot's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Conrad Weiser, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-3.
