Conestoga came tearing into Wednesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Upper Darby Royals as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Pioneers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Royals, too.

Conestoga's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Upper Darby, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conestoga will face off against Henderson at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. The Pioneers are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Upper Darby, they will be playing at home against Academy Park at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
