Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bartlett). They blew past the Larkin Royals, posting a 62-12 victory. The Hawks have beaten the Royals the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Royals has come to flipping the script.

Bartlett's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Larkin, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Bartlett will challenge Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hawks will be up against the Maroons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.88 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
