Eastern Hills won the last time they faced Western Hills and Prince Hill did his part to make sure it happened again. The Highlanders managed a 34-28 victory over the Cougars on Friday with plenty of help from Hill, who rushed for 224 yards and a pair of TDs on only ten carries. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 116 rushing yards per game.

The team also got some help courtesy of Christopher Johnson, who rushed for 118 yards and three touchdowns. What's more, he's the matchup marked his third straight with at least 118.

Western Hills lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Rodney Hill, who rushed for 88 yards and one score on only five carries, and also picked up 47 receiving yards.

The win made it two in a row for Eastern Hills and bumps their season record up to 3-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.0 points over those games. As for Western Hills, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern Hills will challenge Decatur at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Western Hills, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Diamond Hill-Jarvis at 7:30 p.m. The Cougars will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 36.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
