Basketball Recap: Galesburg Comes Up Short

Galesburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Quincy Blue Devils, falling 90-35. The game marked the Silver Streaks' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Galesburg's record is now 8-17. As for Quincy, their victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Galesburg will challenge East Moline United at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Quincy, they will take on Sterling at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Quincy is facing Sterling at the right time seeing as Sterling is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
