Basketball Game Preview: Centennial Titans vs. Memorial Warriors

Centennial is 1-9 against Memorial since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Centennial Titans will be playing at home against the Memorial Warriors at 5:45 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Centennial came up short against Independence and fell 43-35. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Memorial). They blew past Lebanon Trail 68-23 on Tuesday. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 29 points or more this season.

Memorial's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.3 points. As for Centennial, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
