Soccer Recap: Port St. Joe Comes Up Short

Port St. Joe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Rocky Bayou Christian Knights, falling 4-0. The Tiger Sharks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

Port St. Joe's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Rocky Bayou Christian, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-6.

Port St. Joe will square off against Franklin County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rocky Bayou Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against Navarre on the 11th.
