Soccer Game Preview: Windsor vs. Edwin O. Smith

The Windsor Warriors will face off against the Edwin O. Smith Panthers at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty goal totals in their previous games.

Windsor took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They blew past Academy of Aerospace and Engineering 9-3. Windsor might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Edwin O. Smith hadn't done well against East Hartford recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Panthers came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 4-2.

Windsor has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3-4 record this season. As for Edwin O. Smith, their win bumped their record up to 4-0-2.
