Softball Recap: Calvary Christian Takes a Loss

Calvary Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 18-6 to the Gallatin County Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in March.

Calvary Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Gallatin County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat Calvary Christian by a score of 17-6 later that day.
