Basketball Recap: Moulton-Udell Comes Up Short

After soaring to 68 points the game before, Moulton-Udell was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 81-27 loss at the hands of the Keota Eagles. Moulton-Udell was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-15.

Moulton-Udell dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Keota, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Moulton-Udell won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Twin Cedars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Moulton-Udell is facing Twin Cedars at the right time seeing as Twin Cedars is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Keota, they will face off against Moravia on Saturday.
