Basketball Recap: Ingram Moore Comes Up Short

Ingram Moore lost against Harper back in December of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Ingram Moore Warriors took a 32-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harper Longhorns. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 900th, while the Longhorns are ranked 313th).

Ingram Moore's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Harper, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ingram Moore and John F. Kennedy will round out the year against one another at at 12:30 p.m. on December 27th. As for Harper, they will be home for the holidays to greet Mason at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Harper's defense has only allowed 25.8 points per game this season, so Mason's offense will have their work cut out for them.
