It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Green Mountain can now relate to. They took a 60-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Windsor Wizards on Saturday. The Rams' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Madden Smiley was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds for Windsor. Smiley's big performance that evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. John Backhaus was another key player, shooting 60% from the field to rack up 18 points.

Green Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Windsor, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Green Mountain nor Windsor have any future games scheduled.
