Basketball Recap: San Francisco Christian Takes a Loss

San Francisco Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Archbishop Riordan Crusaders, falling 82-25. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1455th, while the Crusaders are ranked third).

San Francisco Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Archbishop Riordan, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-1.

San Francisco Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 61-47 defeat against Mid-Peninsula on the 7th. As for Archbishop Riordan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 82-25 victory against Saint Francis on the 7th.
