Baseball Recap: Kingston Beats Antlers for Their Fourth Straight Win

Kingston extended their winning streak to four on Monday, bumping their season record up to 12-7 in the process. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 11-10 W against the Antlers Bearcats. The Redskins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bearcats, too.

The team relied heavily on Brady Greene, who went 3-for-5 with two runs and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Reid Patterson, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

As for Antlers, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by just one run.

On Antlers' side, Chandler Joslin stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Joslin is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Jasper Mcintosh was another key player, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases and three runs.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will welcome Tushka at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Antlers, they will take on Soper at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
