The Coronado Leopards are taking a road trip to take on the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Coronado is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Monte Del Sol Charter just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, New Mexico School for the Deaf came tearing into Tuesday's match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

New Mexico School for the Deaf walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-15.

New Mexico School for the Deaf's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Coronado, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
