Union has gone 9-1 against Carbon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Cougars will be playing at home against the Dinos at 6:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.
Carbon will be up against a hot Union team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Altamont on Thursday.
The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11, 25-19.

Union's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Aliah Martin, who had nine digs and three aces, and Sariah White, who had 15 assists and four aces. White is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played. Braidee Lamb also deserves some recognition as she had her first digs of the season.
They weren't the only good servers: Union was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. They are 8-3 when they serve at least ten aces.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Carbon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Manti on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Dinos have posted against the Templars since October 27, 2021.
Carbon was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-10, 25-23.
Union now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Carbon, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-13.
Union took their win against Carbon in their previous meeting on September 11th by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Cougars repeat their success, or do the Dinos have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
