Volleyball Recap: Spaulding Comes Up Short

Spaulding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Pinkerton Astros. If the Red Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Astros when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Spaulding's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pinkerton, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Spaulding is set to face off against their familiar foe Windham at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pinkerton will square off against rival Alvirne at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
