Recap: Eastern Randolph Wildcats vs. Overhills Jaguars        
        
		
            
 The Eastern Randolph Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Wednesday after their seventh straight loss. They were outmatched by Overhills on the road  and fell  61-18.
  Ziera Watson and  Kenly Whitaker certainly did their best on Wednesday to try and avoid the loss.  Watson  scored ten points, while  Whitaker  scored six points along with three  steals.
 Overhills' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Najiha Allen led the charge by  scoring 17 points along with three  steals. That makes it seven consecutive games in which  Allen has scored at least 25% of Overhills' points. Another player making a difference was  Anaiah Mcgee, who  scored 18 points.
 Eastern Randolph has  fallen quite a ways from their 19-8 record last season and are now  at 1-9. As for Overhills, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
 Eastern Randolph and Jordan-Matthews will round out the year against one another at 2:00  p.m.  on Friday at. Overhills won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Lee County at 4:00  p.m.  on December 28th.
