Football Recap: Booker T. Washington Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Booker T. Washington unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the South Dade Buccaneers on Friday, falling 43-20. The matchup was a close 14-12 at the break, but unfortunately for the Tornadoes it sure didn't stay that way.

Coming up, Booker T. Washington will head out on the road to face off against Palmetto at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Dade, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Homestead at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
