Football Game Preview: Hillsdale Fighting Knights vs. Half Moon Bay Cougars + How To Watch

The Hillsdale Fighting Knights will venture away from home to challenge the Half Moon Bay Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Hillsdale is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Milpitas by a score of 28-16 on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Fighting Knights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Half Moon Bay's game on Thursday was all tied up 20-20 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They put the hurt on Aragon with a sharp 41-20 win. Considering the Cougars have won four games by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Hillsdale's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-5. As for Half Moon Bay, their record now sits at 5-3.

Hillsdale came up short against Half Moon Bay in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, falling 21-14. Thankfully for the Fighting Knights, Dusty Dimas (who threw for 103 yards and three touchdowns) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
