Baseball Game Preview: Saint Jo Panthers vs. Ector Eagles

Saint Jo is on a five-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Ector a seven-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Saint Jo Panthers will take on the Ector Eagles in a tournament on Thursday. Neither Saint Jo nor Ector posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Saint Jo saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sam Rayburn.

Saint Jo saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rylan Forrester, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one RBI.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Ector and Trenton, and Ector kept the tradition alive. Ector lost 13-2 to Trenton on Monday.
