Saint Joseph is still undefeated this season after their game against Aliso Niguel on Monday, but Aliso Niguel came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Jesters came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 26-25 W against the Wolverines. Those 26 points were actually the fewest the Jesters have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Lexi Loya continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 222 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 56 yards. Loya is crushing it when it comes to passing touchdowns: she's passed for at least three every time she's taken the field this season.

Saint Joseph didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Sophia Ochoa and Jaclynn Brennan. Ochoa got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Saint Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Aliso Niguel, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Saint Joseph has already played their next matchup, a 20-0 win against Bishop Amat on the 27th. As for Aliso Niguel, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 34-14 victory against Santiago on the 27th.
