Basketball Recap: Jerome Tigers vs. Mountain Home Tigers

The Jerome Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 49-48 to the Mountain Home Tigers. Donez posted 11 points in addition to eight assists and six boards, while Johnson almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance gave Donez a new career-high in assists. Anya Garza was another key player, putting up seven points and three steals.

Jerome's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6. As for Mountain Home, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-4.
