Lincoln County and Marshall County are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Falcons will face off against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Marshall County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aden Kirby, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. That stolen base marked the first that Kirby snagged this season.

Marshall County's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Lincoln County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-7 record this season.

Everything went Lincoln County's way against Marshall County in their previous matchup back in March, as Lincoln County made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
