Elgin entered their tilt with Duncan on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Demons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Saturday.

Elgin's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Duncan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Elgin will take on rival Altus at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Duncan is set to face off against their familiar foe MacArthur at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
