For the first time in his career, Avery Anderson tossed a passing touchdown on Thursday. He threw for 78 yards and a pair of touchdowns as Emerald Ridge fell to Bonney Lake 20-14. We judged Thursday's contest Anderson's most productive, but we don't think it'll stay that way for long.

Coming up, Anderson and Emerald Ridge will square off against Spanaway Lake at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Anderson will face off against Jericho Martin, the Sentinels' star signal caller.
