After a string of three wins, Greenon's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to the Kenton Ridge Cougars. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cougars when the teams met back in October of 2017, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Olivia Everhart was nothing short of spectacular for Kenton Ridge: she had nine digs and six aces. That's the most aces Everhart has posted over her last six matchups.

Greenon's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Kenton Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

Greenon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kenton Ridge, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Taylor on the 25th.
