Softball Recap: Belfry Takes a Loss

Belfry lost against Chapmanville Regional back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates fell 5-1 to the Tigers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Belfry's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Chapmanville Regional, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Belfry has already played their next contest (against Mingo Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Chapmanville Regional, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Winfield on the 14th.
