Ysleta is a perfect 10-0 against Riverside since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will be playing at home against the Rangers at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Ysleta is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Mountain View just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 37-32 to the Lobos.

Meanwhile, Riverside came up short against San Elizario on Tuesday and fell 59-51.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Ysleta, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 12-15.

Ysleta didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Riverside in their previous matchup back in February of 2025, but they still walked away with a 49-45 victory. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Rangers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
