Basketball Recap: Wolfe County Takes a Loss

Wolfe County suffered their biggest defeat since December 12, 2023 on Friday. They were dealt a 71-34 loss at the hands of the Frankfort Panthers. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wolfe County now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Frankfort, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wolfe County will be home for the holidays to greet Breathitt County at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Frankfort will take on DeSales in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
