It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Sturgeon Bay had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Peshtigo Bulldogs with a sharp 6-2 victory. The result was nothing new for Sturgeon Bay, who have now won 16 matches by three goals or more so far this season.

The win was the ninth in a row for Sturgeon Bay, bringing their record up to 18-3-2. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those nine contests. As for Peshtigo, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9-4.

As of now, neither Sturgeon Bay nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
