Soccer Recap: Hazel Green Comes Up Short

If Hazel Green was riding high fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Lee last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans came up short against the Oologah Mustangs on Thursday, falling 6-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Hazel Green haven't been shut out since back in February.

Hazel Green's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Oologah, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Looking ahead, Hazel Green will take on Darlington in a tournament on Friday. As for Oologah, they will take on Westbrook Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Westbrook Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Oologah surely won't give up without a fight.
