Soccer Recap: Warren East Comes Up Short

Warren East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Glasgow Scotties. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Glasgow this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 last Thursday.

Warren East's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Glasgow, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Warren East will take on Allen County-Scottsville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Glasgow, they will face off against Franklin-Simpson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
