Oconee County came tearing into Tuesday's match with ten straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Morgan County Bulldogs. The Warriors were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Bulldogs, so the Warriors were just returning the favor.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-22.

Oconee County was led to victory by Cameron Webb and Sidney Tranel. Webb had five aces, while Tranel had five digs and two aces. Those five aces gave Webb a new career-high.

Oconee County's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Morgan County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-4.

Looking ahead, Oconee County will face off against Greene County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Morgan County, they will be playing at home against East Jackson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
