Volleyball Recap: Mason Classical Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mason Classical Academy was the 3-2 winner over Babcock when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Paladins took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trailblazers on Thursday. The Paladins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16, 23-25, 25-17.

Talia Matten was the offensive standout of the game as she had 16 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Mason Classical Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Babcock, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mason Classical Academy will take on Everglades City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Babcock, they will challenge Lake Placid at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
