Adding to the longest winning streak in Licking County - Small this week, Newark Catholic beat Northridge 41-21. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Green Wave.

Johnstown-Monroe led the league in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on Utica. Cody Farley ran for 169 yards during the win.

The Johnnies' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Josh Kirkpatrick threw for 46 and 1 touchdown and Nathanael Ashbrook had 30 yards receiving. On the ground Farley contributed 169 yards. Sam Branstool helped Johnstown-Monroe's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 10 yards.

Farley provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Johnstown-Monroe bested the Redskins.

Kirkpatrick put up the best numbers in passing as Mike Carter's team defeated Utica.

Johnstown-Monroe's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Johnnies feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Kirkpatrick has thrown for 573 yards and 5 touchdowns this season, while Marcus Nogaj has 11 catches for 162 yards.

The Johnnies are in second place, while Heath is in fifth place.

Johnstown-Monroe made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,377 from 4,910. The improvement was largely due to a 49-16 victory over the Redskins last week.
