Baseball Recap: Heritage Gets the Win

Heritage had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They skirted past the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since March 19, 2024.

Andrew Francisco was excellent, going 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Steven Moore, who scored a run and stole one base while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

Heritage has already played their next contest (against Titusville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy will face off against Cocoa Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
