Volleyball Recap: Brennan Extends Winning Streak to Four

Brennan had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the Fredericksburg Billies by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kayla Rodriguez paced Brennan's offense, picking up ten kills. Rodriguez got some help from Aviana Contreras and her ten assists. Contreras also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Rubie Mares, racking up three apiece.

Brennan's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Fredericksburg, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Brennan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Johnson on the 16th. As for Fredericksburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Warren on the 16th.
