Basketball Recap: Cusick Takes a Loss

Cusick lost against Northport back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cusick Panthers fell 48-38 to the Northport Mustangs. The Panthers' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Cusick's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Northport, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cusick and Inchelium will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Northport and Medical Lake will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
