Volleyball Game Preview: Skiatook Bulldogs vs. Pryor Tigers

The Skiatook Bulldogs are taking a road trip to challenge the Pryor Tigers at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Skiatook played in-conference for the first time on Friday and got just the result they were looking for. They came out on top against Sequoyah by a score of 2-0.

Meanwhile, Pryor hadn't done well against Wagoner recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bulldogs.

Skiatook's victory ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. As for Pryor, their record now sits at 7-5-1.

Skiatook came up short against Pryor in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
