Basketball Recap: Crestview Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Crestview had won three straight games and Kennedy Crider did her part to make it four on Tuesday. The Crestview Knights walked away with a 43-33 win over the Coldwater Cavaliers thanks in part to Crider, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 boards. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last three times she's played.

Ellie Kline was another key player, putting up eight points and eight assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in February of 2024.

Crestview pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.0 points per game. As for Coldwater, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Crestview has already played their next contest, a 69-65 win against Allen East on the 16th. As for Coldwater, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 49-36 loss against Versailles on the 16th.
