The Dalles is 8-2 against Crook County since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Riverhawks are taking a road trip to square off against the Cowboys. The Dalles will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Monday, The Dalles made easy work of Molalla and carried off a 15-2 win.

Gladstone hit Crook County with a five-run sixth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Cowboys took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gladiators. Cowboys fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Gladiators since on Monday.

Alyson Ware was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Crook County has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for The Dalles, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.

The Dalles took their win against Crook County when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 11-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Riverhawks since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
