Basketball Game Preview: Portville Panthers vs. Otto-Eldred Terrors

The Portville Panthers will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Otto-Eldred Terrors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Portville is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They were beaten by Randolph 69-30 two weeks ago. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Otto-Eldred made easy work of Johnsonburg on Monday and carried off a 49-24 victory. The Terrors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 23 points or more this season.

Portville was able to grind out a solid win over Otto-Eldred when the teams last played back in December of 2021, winning 43-31. Will Portville repeat their success, or does Otto-Eldred have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
