Basketball Game Preview: South Elgin Storm vs. Larkin Royals

The South Elgin Storm will venture away from home to face off against the Larkin Royals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Larkin took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on South Elgin, who comes in off a win.

South Elgin is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 64-52 win over Willowbrook on Monday.

Meanwhile, Larkin came up short against Maine West on Tuesday and fell 57-49. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Larkin now has a losing record at 9-10. As for South Elgin, their victory bumped their record up to 7-15.

South Elgin came up short against Larkin when the teams last played two weeks ago, falling 43-37. Can South Elgin avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
