Softball Recap: Bermudian Springs Takes a Loss

Bermudian Springs was the 15-10 winner over Delone Catholic when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Squires on Wednesday.

Katelyn Willow made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Lilianna Carre, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Bermudian Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Delone Catholic, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bermudian Springs will challenge Camp Hill at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Delone Catholic, they will take on Eastern York at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
